A part from classroom lectures, practical case studies, educational trips and excursions, projects report writing and off-campus training forms an important and integral part of the curriculum. Students must undergo not less than 22-weeks of Industrial Training at leading government approved star hotels in India / abroad for Hotel Management courses and in Airlines / Tour Operators / Travel Agencies for Tourism Management courses.
It is organized and arranged by the Training & Placement Cell of the Institute. It is supplementary to the academic programme and provides an opportunity for students to familiarize themselves with the environment of the Hotel / Tourism Industry.
The Institutes Training & Placement Cell closely monitors the training schedule and progress of the students. Training Log-Books are maintained by the students to log their training projects report writing and off-campus training forms an important and integral part of the curriculum.
