Education is the powerful weapon which can transform the socio – economic conditions of a country of the upliftment of the citizens. The existing three tier system of education in our country is considered to be the best in the world. But it remains to be only knowledge – based education; hence, it lacks in quality and fails to meet the present day industrial requirements.
Twenty first century is known as technological era wherein the modern technology has revolutionized almost all. The countries to go along with the effects of such changes, with the result, it is absolutely essential to concentrate on effective educational system to cope up with the changes in technology.
ACHARIYA World Class Educational Institutions are the outcome of the spiritual young scientist Dr. J. Arawindhan, the Chief Mentor who has established these institutions to revamp the entire educational system of the country from pre-primary to the higher education level by aptly introducing the concepts of multiple intelligence – based education at the primary level, project – based education at all levels and employability –skills to the students at higher education level.
To achieve this goal modernized infrastructure facilities, qualified, talented and committed teaching faculty, service oriented supporting staff are made available at ACHARIYA. Any one chooses ACHARIYA at any level of education will be the fortunate and certainly will sit at the top of the world.

Career Summary
Completed M.Sc.,Ed., Life Sciences from Regional College of Education, Bhubaneswar with distinction and University rank and took up teaching out of passion since 1980, with an experience of 31 years, in the teaching line and administration. Lots of educational projects and transformation in teaching methodology has been undertaken during the period like activity approach in teaching, use of information technology and computer assisted learning and innovative Assembly program to name a few. Vast experience in managing schools and capable of handling difficult tasks with ease. Author for VI to IX Botany Text books published by Oxford University Press, question paper setting, and preparation of marking schemes for the board examinations and organized state level athletic meet for CBSE. Creating quality circles and ability sections in classes has yielded desirable results and produced State Ranks in the Board Examinations. Highly interested in bringing up the school as a Total Quality School of high repute due to the advancements in the educational and technological field. Received the Dr. Radhakrishnan. Award for the BEST TEACHER in SEP-2002 from the Govt. of TAMIL NADU Received the State Award for Excellency in Computer Literacy in Schools from the Hon. Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalitha on 13th Nov 2003 at the 7th National e-Governance conference at Chennai in the presence of Hon. Deputy Prime Minister Shri. L.K. Advani. Recipient of Dr.SVB Foundation Award for Best Higher Secondary School Principal Award 2010 on 3rd Sep 2010,
