NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS)
The college has three self supported units of National Service Scheme and is locally funded by ACHARIYA EDUCATIONAL TRUST with a total sanctioned strength of 300 volunteers. Participation in NSS is mandatory for the first year students. The NSS volunteers are required to involve in Social Service activities, Medical camps, Social camps and special campaign activities. Students who put in their service as volunteers for a specified amount of hours will be awarded a certificate issued by the State NSS Cell, Government of Puducherry. QUESTION PAPER PATTERN - (B.Tech All Branches)
Section A:
10 Short Answer questions two form each units: 10 x 2 = 20 Marks
Section B:
5 Essay type questions: either or type from each unit.
Answer FIVE questions in "Either or" pattern giving equal choice: 5 x 11 = 55 Marks
(If there are A & B subdivisions, the distribution of marks shall be 5 & 6)
