An excellent well-stocked sophisticated library is available with colorful collection of Books, Educational journals on various subjects in the form of annuals, biannual, monthlies, weeklies and daily issues. A number of reference books CD ROM's (e-reference, encyclopedia, web-references etc., are also available long with audio and video cassettes.)
LABORATORIES
Separate well-equipped, spacious laboratories for Educational psychology, Educational technology, Physical science, Biological science, Computer science and Language are available with updated modern scientific equipment to conduct practical in various subjects.
BIOLOGY LABORATORY
 
- Laboratory is completely furnished, spacious and fully equipped with the latest instruments.
- Laboratory can occupy 25 numbers of students.
- The laboratory setup is in such a way that both theory and practical classes can be taken simultaneously acting as a lecture cum demonstration room.

PHYSICAL SCIENCE LABORATORY  
- Laboratory is fully furnished, spacious and equipped with the latest instruments.
- Laboratory can occupy 30 numbers of students for performing the practical at a time.
- The laboratory setup is in such a way that both theory and practical classes can be taken simultaneously.
- Laboratory is equipped with technology facilities (Practical CD's and DVD's) and 24 hours online broad band connection.
- Laboratory is also equipped with latest fire fighting extinguishers.
Psychology LABORATORY  
Psychology has established itself as a science. It is considered as the positive science which studies the behavior of men and animals. So far the behavior is regarded as an expression of that inner life of thought and feeling which we call mental life.
We can study the behavior of man and animals by using psychological tests. Psychological tests are just like the other scientific tests to that extent to which the observation of individual behavior is done on a carefully chosen sample. These psychological tests are applied on men and animals in a laboratory which we know as Psychology Lab. It provides favorable conditions to apply these tests on living organism.
LANGUAGE LABORATORY
Language laboratories along with social studies lab are highlighted for the institution as they are equipped with material presented by the NCTE.
Educational Technology Laboratory
This lab containing overhead Projector, Slide Projector (Manual & Automatic) Epidiascope, DVD Player, TV & PA System. Computers are not something alien any more, rather they are a way of life. No successful manager of entrepreneur can survive without full utilizing the potential and speed that is given through computerization. That is why Colonel College of Education has created the most optimum and advance computer center. All the computers are connected via a Local Area Network. The hardware configuration of the computer center are Pentium IV processors and equipped with latest version of softwares and provides internet connectivity round the clock to students on totally cost free basis.
In this diverse, complex and fast changing world, it is essential to have an open mind. Colonel College of Education looks into and for the future of students who are not only taught new concepts, strategies and structure but also get practice in implementing them. Museum  
Museum is the way for exploration of knowledge. We have established an exclusive museum for education, the first of its type in the region of Puducherry keeping in mind the student teachers. Like educational institutions, museums provide a physical forum for critical enquiry and investigation for the students.

HOSTEL AND CANTEEN
Full furnished separate hostel facilities are available for Boys and Girls providing with a congenial atmosphere and hygienic homely food. A canteen is situated at a vintage, catering to the needs providing hygienic food, snacks and soft drinks at a reasonable cost.
PLAYGROUND  
We have very good spacious and comfortable playground and gymnasium for indoor and outdoor play.
TRANSPORT 
College has a good transport facility in which the college owns its own fleet of vehicles, to transport the students between college and hostel and is being utilized as per needs of the institutions. We are proud to record that our transport extends to the nook & corner of entire Puducherry and covering upto 30 Kms surrounding Puducherry.
