The Chronicle of my education is vast and mainly in the metropolitan city of Chennai where I completed my schooling and Graduation. Completed M.A, B.Ed from Annamalai University , Chidambram with distinction. With an experience of twenty six years in teaching line and administration, equipped myself thoroughly to manage difficult tasks of any organization with ease. During my tenure, served as a teacher for twenty six years and Headmistress of a renowned institution for seven years.
As a Headmistress, highly skilled and more of a student – focused educational leader, possessed a strong commitment in the development of staff and student potentialities, stimulating and motivating safe learning environment. Trustworthy professional with superior communication skills to develop a strong and lasting relationships with all members of the school community. God has bestowed me with abundant mercy by showering me with the blessings of Mother Teresa in the year 1992 when she visited Petit Seminaire Higher Secondary School where I was serving as a Headmistress.
As a teacher established and maintained rapport with students and parents. Upheld a commitment to educational excellence by establishing and promoting an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust. I have visited schools in USA, London, Singapore and Malaysia to contribute to the cross-cultural development thereby enhancing the quality of education in India.
