ACHARIYA Institutions have an active centralized Placement cell which conducts campus recruitment for ACHARIYA Arts and Science College.
Placement cell bring reputed Corporate to the campus, conduct group campus interviews involving other colleges in Puducherry, arrange to participate campus interviews in other college for our students.
Placement cell takes initiative in soft skills development by bringing reputed Training institutions like MaFoi Management Consultants Ltd to conduct Workshops and Communication Development Programmers in our campus. In addition to this, Placement cell also takes the initiative to periodically train students who are weaker in communication.
OBJECTIVES 
To organize campus interviews for final year students with industries and business houses of repute from all over India.
To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers
- To arrange Industrial visit and In-Plant training.
- To arrange final semester project for the students.
- To promote career counselling by organising guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students.
