12 NCC cadet members achieved first place in cultural and second place
in cross country during the NCC Camp held between 15th to 24th of
Feburary.

First Batch of classes for Microsoft .NET Certificate Course started for AASC students on 6th October, 2011. The duration of the course is 90 hours. Students will recieve 25% Scholarship on Course Fee.

1(P) AirSqn (fly) NCC conducted Vaya Saink Camp Inter-group competition at Tambaram Airfoce Station, Chennai with 7 AASC student members. The camp was held between 31-Aug-11 to 10-Sep-11. Among the seven members, two members were selected for Drill and Flyi
On account of the National Literacy Day Awarness, Bike Rally from puducherry to Mahamallipuram was organized,where 10 NSS volunteers and 2 NSS program officers of AASC participated on 10th Sept 2011.

The inauguration of I year classes was held on 18.8.2011, under the banner "Glitterians 2011". Dr. J. Arawindhan, the Chief Mentor of ACHARIYA WORLD CLASS EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS motivated the students to take up their responsibility with zeal and enthusiasm.
"The Department of Commerce and Management has started Special Coaching Classes for Company Secretaries Foundation Course from 3 August, 2011."
Students of AASC has successfully completed the NSS special camp held from 23 to 30 July at Thirukanchi.
